My wife and I have had many problems with not receiving bills in the mail. The last bill that we received in the mail was December 2006. Between then and now we have had to pay several late fees. So, to avoid dealing with not getting a bill and to make it a little easier we switched to direct pay and did not worry about it. We still did not get any notification off how much was to be taken out of our account so I called and was told that we were set up with the direct pay and we continued to not worry about it. Low and behold we receive a bill yesterday (5-3-07) and it is for two months of service, April to May and May to June. My wife went to the local Mediacom office and was told that switching to direct pay takes a couple of cycles. When my wife asked why we had not gotten any bills she was told it was probably due to our local (Milton, FL) post office. I would not recommend Mediacom. I sure wish COX was in our neighborhood. |
