This company has been great.<br><br>My relatives have been using the commercial services from Covad and aren't having any problems at all as well.  I could imagine their TeleSoho service being tremendously robust compared to the surfer account in terms of support and reliability.  With a high price, maintenance and constant connectivity sure is a must.<br><br>Me being on a simple home user level account, I'm realistic that outages are bound to happen at one point or another.  <br><br>But this company is just lot different. 5 years and with very very very little disconnectivities, just this fact blows me away.]]></description>

Service has been excellent;support from Canada is superb and they speak English very well. I have their commercial service with a static ip and pay more than you. In my other office in Nevada I have Embarq and not Covad and there is a world of difference between the two companies.]]></description>
