| Fandango stays separate for it's traditional movie ticket selling business and should see no effects from their purchase one way or the other. Except maybe get a few more eyeballs sent their way from Comcast playing them up on the comcast.net web portal.
Fancast.com will be a joint venture designed as another movie download service and will or will not make it based on the content they can sign up and what prices they charge and on DRM issues if any.
