NYC RR

I have had RR since the 11/2004 and I have not had any outages. Once a few months ago for about 5 minutes. Everything shut down, TV and Internet, that's it. I have more probs with TV, which, luckily never affects the internet!! I wish I had to 10mbps upgrade that everyone is getting for standard service in the outer boroughs such as Queens, Brooklyn, and Staten Island !!!
