 Viacom violates Viacom's copyrights?

As many of you may know Xfire was aquired some time back by Viacom (parent company of MTV etc). This past December, Xfire partnered with Spike TV for the 2006 Video Game Awards and as part of the promotional work, Xfire posted the commercial spots on Youtube: »www.xfire.com/cms/vga/

Let check out commercial one, shall we?

"This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by Viacom International"

Gotta love conglomerates. Can a company have a copyright claim against itself? Just curious...
