Re: Better than FIOS? LOL

Comcast has two tiers, a 6Mbps/384Kbps tier for $42.95 and a 8Mbps/758Kbps tier for $52.95, both without the $3 modem rental charge and both require tv service. That is the pricing tiers for the same state you live in, they do not vary from area to area.

If you don't want to pay almost $60 a month, then drop down the the 6Mbps tier.

Either try again, or get on over to the cancellation people (retention) and tell them your issue. I'm sure they can "find" a way to get you a lower price. See if they can get you on the $33 per service package, where you could get internet(6Mbps) for $33 a month and tv service for $33 a month. They also have another promo right now with digital plus and HBO for $39.99 a month for 12 months.

Funny, I looked up the zipcode for your location listed in your profile, 48422, looked up the area, tried a few VALID addresses, and kept being told it's not available in your area. Hmmm..

My zipcode is 48060, i moved almost 2 years ago to port huron and didnt update my address on this website smartass..

Croswell is a small town of 1500 people where i used to live and oddly enough in this 1 stoplight town dsl was avl.

Maybe there wasnt enough populus in croswell for comcast to care.

Do you want me to get you a pair of Kneepads so your not so sore after playing comcast's skin flute on these fourms?
My complaint is a valid one
