I nearly laughed out loud when I read this. Everyone who's called knows that Sympatico's customer service is outsourced. Nice try with the racist card regarding outsourcing - everyone knows why it's done. To save money. Period.
I've asked and been answered that the weather in India is beautiful; a balmy 37 degrees. Last time I checked Toronto was under a metre of snow. |
