Anyone wanna take votes on when northern California gets this technology deployed? Like with general rollouts, we're always (I repeat: ALWAYS) last.

So I'm guessing we'll get this sometime in August.

Remember the days when @Home used Fremont as the test bed for everything? They got everything first.

Remember when @Home offered 10mbit/4mbit connections for US$30/month? Now we're paying US$72/month for ~8mbit/786kbit. Hmm.

It's not, but honestly not that "nice". It's like you're car having 500hp for the first 1 mile of your trip then only havng 100hp. It's good for quick emails and small uploads, but honestly 2mbits up is a lot more used when uploading large files, not small.
