How can you not notice the charge appearing on your bank statement each month?
I would say that is stupid. At the most she should have been refunded no more than 60 days of charges. |

I have between 300-400 transactions on my bank account every month, if something that small slipped through I probably wouldn't notice it either. |

Same here, I have A LOT of transactions, although I do set notices to both of my e-mail accounts for every recurring online transaction and I balance my account every night or other night to make sure something like this didn't happen.
On another note, I'd freak out if somebody called me stupid that worked for a company that provided me a service.

How many people look at their bank or credit card statements? Many don't even keep receipts of their cc transaction or bank transaction |
