What up the companies that sell prepaid dialup internet? Shouldn't they be responsible as well?

" I suspect that the RIAA's position would be that the car owner, the parking lot attendant who didn't catch the thief, and the company which paved the road on you which your stolen car traveled to and from the bank would all be liable as well as the car thief." |
