Nothing to see here.

This is really no big deal. So the RIAA is cheap and is using an ad-run web site which is ironically running P2P ads? Not exactly damning evidence or something you can sue them for. This is a non-issue. Move along.

Just like me being sued for someone using my bandwith on my unsecure wireless network to download copyrighted material. Yet the RIAA feels they can sue me since it's my network connection.

Almost like a double standard. Is this hypocritical? Do what I say not what I do type of thing?

RIAA is suing parents because they should know everything that is going on with the kids computer. RIAA should be on top of things and know what and how their stuff (computers, websites, domains and so on) is being used. Just like they expect and demand everyone else to do. The person who created the domain name should be sued from the full force of RIAA. He did not monitor (at all times) how the domain was being used.

Keep in mind anybody who goes to court using that defense against the RIAA so far haven't been found guilty. So in fact there is no double standard.
