Unlike you though, I get great upload speeds. It's around 128kbps (16KB/s) sometimes even higher. I was FTPing and it was going at 21KB/s at one point.
Download speeds are around the same as my upload.
I use a USB cord though, so maybe that makes a difference, I don't know...

Yeah, I think that does make a difference, as when I use the USB cable, not only are the download speeds more stable, but the upload speeds are way better.
