Resell it at scrap yards. A druggie will do anything at all to get money for their next fix. Some of these morons even try to steal high voltage lines and die a quick well deserved death.

Limbo		 Yup. Two cases of substation induced Darwinism in our system in the past 6 months. . .

One moron stole copper out of the same substation 3 times in a row until he chose the wrong piece to cut.
