| Blarg/Avanta Failed to have a plan
I am not so kind about the down time. They completely failed to have a plan in place. I cannot understand why they did not have an Earthquake plan in place. Any reasonable person wouuld have appolied the proceedured such as damaged buildines that were outline in that. They cannot excuse this.
Also, I see you are paying less than I am for a better speed connection. Again, they failed to notify their customer base of a better deal either in Email or on the phone.
And the lack of someone getting on line and posting to forums about status was also unacceptable. |
