In a parked car, with my tinted windows rolled up and doors locked. The only other community near me with free muni acces is Culver City, I feel a lot more comfortable over there.

And why Pershing square? It should be the financial district from the beginning. For those who don't live here, Pershing square is full of homeless bums, you won't find anyone whipping out their laptops over there. I just want muni wifi for the rest of the ciiy, I would even pay money for something.
