I'm absolutely appalled by the fact that they're unable to offer any communication to their customers. I've seen nothing in the Seattle P.I. or Times, and I've searched Google News and PR Newswire for an announcement. NADA.

Called Broadwing various times and was told various things. Have not been able to obtain status, other than confirmation that Avvanta is a customer of Broadwing's. Frustrating - no email for 3 days now and no way to get status updates.
