That said, their customer service people are about as nice as stale bread. Nevertheless, their up-time has kept me happy.<br><br>I'm absolutely appalled by the fact that they're unable to offer any communication to their customers. I've seen nothing in the Seattle P.I. or Times, and I've searched Google News and PR Newswire for an announcement. NADA.<br><br>That's very poor.   ]]></description>

Avvanta is their customer, and they should be willing to give Avvanta's customers some status, since Avvanta is unreachable.<br><br>Broadwing's Phone #:  888-362-2522<br><br>You can reach a person 24/7.  You may need to try various number combinations when your phone called is answered by the automatic routing system.  Worked for me.]]></description>

<title>Desperately trying to make contact</title>

<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1423050"><b>karenrif</b></A> : Found out from Qwest yesterday that Avvanta's phone number (425) 818-6500 is under the auspices of Broadwing Corp.  Called Broadwing various times and was told various things. Have not been able to obtain status, other than confirmation that Avvanta is a customer of Broadwing's.  Frustrating - no email for 3 days now and no way to get status updates.  Am using hotmail as a backup in the meantime, but no way to see if I've missed anything important in the last 3 days on my main email address.]]></description>
