Sphincter : I keep seeing reports of how Sprint Wireless beats the competition, but in SW Florida, that's not necessarily the case. A friend who, is a Radio Engineer for a Broadcaster in the area, recently tested Sprint, Verizon, Cingular and Alltel. His stations wanted to test the feasibility of using wireless cell services for remote broadcasts. This guy is more anal than me (that's not necessarily a bad thing), and is very thorough in any task he undertakes. His results for the Fort Myers and Naples area showed that Verizon beat them all. I was surprised due to the reports I read here and other sites. I just thought I'd pass this info on and was curious if anyone else has compared the competition for themselves?
