One thing that i know for sure is if this were to happen housing prices in fremont are going to go up even more than they already are. A lot of money has to be invested to upgrade the infrastructure. Such as maybe extending bart upgrading interstates 880 and 680. As well as doing a lot of upgrading of the warm springs area since in my opinion the added traffic would certainly bog down many of the narrow streets that are down there.
