Had it been for spectrum in the 700MHz or 850MHz bands then it would have made a difference.  What this will do is give them more bandwidth to roll out more advanced 3G services.  However, any holes in their coverage now will still be there with these new frequencies unless they build out more cell sites.<br><SMALL>--<br>I support the right to keep and arm bears.</SMALL>]]></description>
