<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1352778"><b>BPLSUCKS</b></A> : I am bidding on an instrument on ebay when this one japanese guy came on and out bid everyone and jacked up the price on the item. He had a  negative 1 feedback. After doing a little digging I contacted both the seller and ebay saying what I found. Ebay said their hands are tied but the seller took out all his bids and thanked me for protecting him against fradulant bidders. ]]></description>
