I don't have Windows on my computer to mess around with right now otherwise I would have poked around at it myself. I am not all that familiar with dialup connections anyways.

Once again, thank you. I am very pleased that this will work because I really had no idea if it was possible or not.

Cheers,
Dave

Dave54321 : I called Sympatico Tech Support and got some lady from India. Not only did she not provide me with any Yes or No answers, but she could not even understand what I was saying to her. What a waste of 15 minutes of my time. Anyways, I thought I'd get an answer quicker here anyways.

Situation:

- Going up north near Haliburton for 1 week
- Dialup number is long distance (too far from Haliburton)

Now I have an International PrePaid Phone Card from AT&T laying around here with several hours left on it. To use it you have to dial the toll free number first, then a 10-digit PIN number, followed by the number you wish to dial.

Is it possible (under Windows XP) to create a dialup account that will make use of this phone card?

Thanks,
Dave
