<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/552990"><b>insomniac84</b></A> : "provided ISPs such as Canada's Shaw (see previous discussion here) make exceptions in their packet shaping guidelines to avoid throttling all Bit Torrent traffic."<br>That's the only reason this is a good move.  Now ISPs can't say it's piracy as an excuse to block traffic when you try to use bittorrent.<br>And maybe it will give hope to other legitimate bittorrent traffic.]]></description>
