I have a fairly small server with less than 200 users and I've gotten pounded with that thing. My Anti-Virus filter has been going crazy stopping it and I've been trying to block IP's it's coming from. Chances are Insights virus filter got bogged down by it and they had to turn it off temporarily or something.
