I have slightly better downstream attenuation (51 db)
with Ultra and it turned out to be a nightmare when I
upgraded to Extreme3.0.
It was so bad, I went back to Ultra.
Who knows when I might be able to get Extreme3.0.

If the stats you posted were from the NID I wouldn't suggest the upgrade to Extreme. Your line attenuation is right at the point of causing connectivity issues and the increased bandwidth would probably cause problems. Find out why your attenuation is so high and fix it then look to upgrade. When I entered the phone number, LITE and ULTRA service were the only speeds available to order. Yesterday I checked the order status via online and found that XTREME was available for the line. I originally planned on ordering the 3mb service but figured the line condition excluded it. I really don't want to call BS to upgrade (if that's possible). Do I have to get Ultra installed and working first then upgrade to Xtreme?
