ShortCappy : A couple of weeks ago, after dealing with other problems with my PC, I noticed that the auto-disables itself. I don't remember disabling it for any reason, so I enable it. Now, every time I start or restart my PC and some time passes, no matter what I do, the program auto-disables itself, and have to enable it every time. I tried uninstall and reinstall it several times, but that doesn't get rid of the problem. How can I fix this?
