They announce all these high speeds for their service, but a very large % of their customers can't reach even 1.5 mbps because of old poor wiring and because of distance from CO or DSLAM. Until the telcos(Verizon FIOS excepted) start upgrading their wire to the homes, this situation will remain. DSL - great promise, bad results.
