spepper : The mayor of SFO is, like so many of his California brethren and sistren, is "way out in left field"-- if it truly is a "right" as he assigns it, then why doesn't he make ALL of the public telephones within the SFO city limits FREE TO USE by its citizenry? Why discriminate one form of communication (wifi access) against another (plain old telephone)? It seems that some of us adults, including those who find themselves in positions of power, still have some learning to do, with respect to the simple use of certain words, such as the word "FREE"-- in other words, "NOTHING IS FREE-- somebody, somewhere, eventually pays!"
