35375105 : A long time ago I remember a friend of mine was having trouble with his computer (roadrunner internet connection).

The techs @ roadrunner installed a small program onto his computer that would actually let them control his mouse cursor and fix the problem via the internet.

Ok now a relative of mine is having trouble with his computer, and he wants me to look at it. Problem is he lives like 200 miles away.

So I was wondering if there's any sort of a program he could install on his computer that would let me take control of his mouse and view his screen, live via the internet? Free program especially.

The only thing I can find is a small program called DESKcam. It sends screenshots of the user's screen to you every like 5 seconds. But if there's a better program out there that anyone knows about, I would appreciate it.
--
:/
