My setup:
Windows 2000 pro w/ SP4
AMD 2400+ (2ghz)
512mb ram
ATi RADEON 8500LE 128mb

I have installed the patch for this game needed for people with the RADEON 8500 Series and higher. Cant think of what else to explain.
