Broadvox Direct runs $71 or so (US$) and VOIP.net is $66.85 (again, US$).  Both of those companies have US and Canadian numbers and I believe both ship to Canada and will accept a Canadian credit card - Broadvox Direct definitely will.  The different in monthly cost though is fairly substantial - $19.95 for VOIP and $29.95 for BVX.]]></description>
