I think there should be settings for "always quarantine" and "always delete" just as there is a setting for "always ignore."
It has been reported in the newsgroups for Microsoft antispyware that you will receive numerous warnings as the software attempts to install. I haven't personally verified that report, but I do believe it to be true.
