THey ran tests with there own device and it kept dropping the speed from 3800 to 17 constantly and they were like this isn't any good and went to the pole, same there.  They are going to be speaking with louisville etc.  They have noticed similar things happening all over anderson / newcastle.  They are sending in a complaint.  I am also in tocuh with the district supervisor and getting at least a free motnh out of this.  I suggest everyone call in.Please check my other topic out named speed problems.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/235981"><b>crischen</b></A> : do a traceroute to like iquest.net and then do a 100 ping packet loss test to each hop in the Insightbb circle.<br><br>ping -n 100 -w 250 (whatever Insightbb IP)<br><br>I am having about 40% packet loss on the third hop over 5000 pings.<br><br>I'm going to try hooking the modem up directly to my PC this afternoon after I get some sleep with a short cable and not on any router to rule out the remote possibility that all the cables in the house spontaneously broke and the router went bad.<br><br>Of course the tech insists I must have spyware to have such hiddeous speeds (AdAware, Spybot, MS Anti-Virus, and Hijack This all say every PC is squeaky clean).<br><SMALL>--<br>-Kinsey</SMALL>]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/235981"><b>crischen</b></A> : Is anyone else in the Anderson/Noblesville area with Insight having any speed/packet loss issues?<br><br>I am getting 40% packet loss on the third hop of any traceroute (Insight IP 12.220.1.226) which is wreaking havoc on any downstream speeds.
