Semaphore : There is no consumer grade 900Mhz gear. They may use 2.4 Ghz and down convert it to 900Mhz though. Most of the 900Mhz stuff that I've seen doesn't look like it's consumer stuff, they have pretty unique case designs etc. A couple to checkup are www.tragobroadband.com, www.canopywireless.com, www.waveip.com... there are others.

anon : Is there a website I can look around at 900mhz equipment that a WISP might use? I'd like to find out exactly what equipment they're using. Office is closed today so I can't ask, and my installation is in the morning. From what I can see the equipment/antenna they are using looks like crap consumer grade equipment.
