A few years ago I used to really value the info here, but now I mostly read it for comic relief (especially anything written by Karl Bode.)  <br><br>Incumbents surely aren't perfect, but it almost seems like people around here think the "little guy" provides service out of the goodness of his heart.  In reality, the CLECs and small VOIP providers in the world would all use big-company tactics in a heartbeat if they had that power.  It's about profit for everyone.  Get used to it and go with the provider that gives you the best service - large or small.<br><br>Adam]]></description>
