It would be instructive if you could see what each peer is doing.  Don't know about Bitcomet but you can do this in Azureus.<br><br>If you're lucky, during a download you will latch on to a peer that feeds you at 200KB/s+ and speeds things along to a quick finish.]]></description>

And I only have it restricted to 70KB/s (so I can browse and what not, which I can't do if it's unlimited) but it's poor when the torrent's going this fast.
