[Line Quality] Connectivity problem

Stan Wright : Last week our cable network was down for several hours around Bedford, Indiana. Since then I've had problems with my home system losing connectivity several times a day. I can usually fix it by rebooting the cable modem. I have two computers and a router. Both computers lose connectivity.

I have a weather station that updates every minute. The weather station page (»eurekaboy.com/weather) shows the time it was updated. When I'm at work this allows me to see when I lose connectivity at home because the weather page stops updating. I've been keeping an eye on the weather page and this is what I've noticed:

Yesterday I lost connectivity at 10:13 am. About 2 hours later it started working again. I lost connectivity again at 2:21 pm. About 2 hours later it started working again. Today I lost connectivity at 10:22 am. About 2 hours later it started working again. I lost connectivity again at 2:03 pm. There seems to be a definite pattern to this. Based on this pattern I expect it start working again around 4:00 pm.

The connectivity loss seems to happen the same time of day and last for about 2 hours. Any ideas what might be causing this? Insight? My router or cable modem?
