I see the running a private webservice on a cable systm in 2 ways. 1. Normallly it would be low bandwidth for a typical user whos friends might view it. 2. you put up something of interest and you get the slashdot affect crippling usage for everyone on your node.
kyle1745 : Anyone else get a nasty gram from Insight in Columbus about running a server? Funny that I have run a family webserver for over 4 years and now they want to give me a hard time about it. To top it off they do not even offer business class in Columbus and/or have any other option for me other than turning off my website. Anyone else? Anyone else switch to WOW? From what the WOW sales person said they could careless if I run a server but they do not promote it.

Any ideas?

Kyle
