One of their other routers uses the same version of freeswan but that has the NAT-T patch included. I can't see why Linksys can't just add it to the WRV54G.

So what I'm trying to do is get as many people to post a support issue with Linksys complaining about the missing NAT-T patch and hopefully it might become a top priority.
