I have a wireless connection to a local internet provider. I get about 250kbps up/down, but my ping times to USA based servers are pretty high. I brought along my vonage box and plugged it in last night. It works, but quality is low since the ping time is soooo bad.

So, are there any foreign based service providers out there? All my calls are from here to the USA. I just wondered if any provider had put any gateways in service on this continent and maybe I could try them to see if the lower ping times would help the overall quality...
