This is my personal experience. They called me today to tell me that I have gone over the "limit" this month. I am using cable/Gold package. They told me I have used 120GB this month and it should be only 20GB. HAHA! I did ask that about their unlimited advertisment and he said they don't want customers to "abuse" bandwidth. Well he said it is just a "friendly reminder". :p

They claim no limits but the fine print of their agreement seems to talk about throttling.

People seem to be under the impression they can switch to 3WEB and use 100's of GB's of bandwidth per month to get around Rogers new 60GB/month cap. Can anyone verify that they have used 100's of GB's per month on 3WEB Cable and had no issues, throttling, warnings or slowdowns?
