<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/242991"><b>Nate3</b></A> : What does this mean to the large number of people who commute into Philly each day to work, from neighboring regions and states.<br><br>We've got to pay the crummy city wage tax to work here but I keep seeing "resident" referrenced in the Q&A and related articles.<br><br>Will non-resident visitors get to sign up or will you need a zip-code specific billing address?<br><br>Hopefully they're just saying resident service as a way to distinguish between the consumer and premium business products.<br><br>Fingers crosses...]]></description>
