infamous_pb : McDonough Telephone Cooperative (The local phone company behind the DSL CO. Winco.net) recently announced that they will soon offer Coaxsys’ IPTV 7000 TVnet Network to deliver Internet Protocol Television (TV through DSL). Now, is this wishful thinking or is a good TV signal impossible through a 400/128 DSL speed? So, then if this Telephone/DSL company wanted to incorporate IPTV, wouldn’t they have to increase the download/upload speeds?
