I like the internet plans and haven't had a problem with billing. Spring itself isn't any worse than any other provider I don't think.

I just remember when Qworst started handling billing for their DSL MSN bundle (yes, I got suckered and hated myself for it daily)...let me tell you it was a royal nightmare to get anything MSN related taken care of. I'd be calling one then the other back and forth for days any time there was a problem and problems of some sort are inherent in these types of services.

I'd run from this and use someone else if this were how I had to get Sprint though. Too bad there are millions of suckers who will go for this and perpetuate this type of thing.
