Tom, Dick, and Harry are registrars and they hire the cheapest labor they can find (which usually translates to idiots), to man the phones and provide customer support. This is just the first of many logistical nightmares that are coming as more and more companies and individuals are discovering this place called the internet. Now the criminals and just plain crazies are coming onto the superhighway now and no highway patrol is any where in sight.
