Yesterday the connection went down and after an hour I called tech support and they basically said be patient, and sure enough 20 minutes later it was back up except to my pleasant surprise with increased bandwidth. The last few speeds tests have been like this 2005-03-10 02:59:35 EST: 1021 / 340
