<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/0"><b>anon</b></A> : It will be a bit higher than that.  I don't know the logistics they use to figure it out, but I don't think that it will be only 3%. If they get it going soon it could be a real hit because there are alot of people wanting broadband access for cheap.<br><br>I personaly want it because I live out in the sticks, and any other type will take awhile to get out there.]]></description>
