<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/837070"><b>dbirdman</b></A> : Sure, there would be a conflict of interest if they give better rankings for anybody that paid them for anything, but there is no evidence that they ever have, or any reason that they ever would. The Google model is built on the soundest of search engine policies: Revenue comes with search volume, and search volume comes from providing the searcher with the best possible result set. Any bias in that result set will result in migration to other search engines, and they understand it.
