peurifoy : I also had this issue with Verizon. Before switching to Verizon I visited two stores and asked if "Full" Bluetooth capability was part of the V710. To my surprise it is not. Plus I had issues with the V710 and had it replaced under warrant. At the end of my contract I"m out of here to a provider that is "Honest" and offers full functionality. ->As a California resident Verizon should pay or ???
