<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/875671"><b>qdemn7</b></A> : The continued idiocy of the the Ninth Circuit Court, coupled with the guessing game about the retirement of the  Justices on the USSC are very good arguments for imposing a 25 year term limit for Federal Judicial appointees. No one should guaranteed a lifetime appointment to any job, especially ones as important as the US Circuit Courts and the USSC. <br><SMALL>--<br><B>To paraphrase George Orwell "All life is sacred, but some life is more sacred than others." </B></SMALL>]]></description>
