As a matter of fact, just got it installed and the 29.95 includes the DCT. So for me..the decision was simple, especially with my DSL crapping out and the techs blaming it on me (Check the NYC Verizon threads to see how much trouble people have been having).  After a year, FIOC should be available, so the cost should stay low or get even lower, so I'm pretty happy with the setup.]]></description>
